Revenue alone does not show what actually drives profit
A company can grow while becoming less profitable. Profitable customers may mask loss-making contracts, costs can rise unnoticed, and resources may be allocated to work that does not generate sufficient margin.
When information is scattered across accounting records, systems and people’s experience, management may struggle to identify which issue should be addressed first.
The diagnostic is suitable when:
-
profit has declined or fluctuates without a clear explanation;
-
revenue is growing, but profit or cash flow is not improving;
-
personnel or other significant costs have increased;
-
profitability by customer or contract is unclear;
-
several problems have been identified, but their order of priority is unclear.
What do you get from a rapid diagnosis?
Management snapshot
You can see what makes up the result and which factors support or weaken profitability.
3–7 prioritized improvement areas
For each item, you will receive an observation, its meaning, and a recommended next action.
Preliminary impact assessment
We assess the potential economic impact of the improvement areas based on the available data.
90-day action plan
You will receive a proposal for what to do first, who owns the matter, and what metrics will be used to monitor progress.
Management decision meeting
We review the findings and record the first decisions, responsibilities and checkpoints.

Frequently asked questions
What materials do you need?
The data is tailored to the company's situation. We usually need an income statement and balance sheet, monthly financial data, and, if possible, customer, contract, service or project-specific information.
Does the information have to be complete?
No, but the material must be sufficiently usable for the agreed review. We assess the suitability of the material in a free initial assessment.
Does the service promise a certain savings or improved results?
No. The service identifies the most important repair items and assesses their potential financial impact. The actual result depends on management decisions and the implementation of the measures.
Does Avican also implement the recommended measures?
Implementation is not included in the price of the rapid diagnosis. The customer can implement the recommendations themselves or request a separate fixed-price offer from Avican.
Is the company's information confidential?
Yes. Data processing, usage rights and storage are agreed upon before receiving the material. Only data that has been specifically approved by the client will be used for reference.
Does the pilot commit to a follow-up assignment?
No. The quick profitability diagnosis is an independent service, and purchasing it does not obligate you to continue cooperation.
